Choa provides their employees and doctors access to the children’s resources through or outside the children’s network. The technical team at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta has rolled out a new Two-Step Login authentication system.

It is powered by Duo, allowing employees and doctors to securely access Children’s resources outside of the Children’s network. The employees and doctors must verify their identities using Duo to log in to VPN, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and the remote Children’s Application Portal.

Choa employees can access their children’s webmail and other medical-related records and resources through Outlook Web Access (OWA), VPN, and remote application portal. To access the webmail and other resources, employees or staff must enroll their ID with DUO Mobile to verify their identity. Once done, you can follow the below steps to access the Choa resources.

OWA users can access their Children’s Outlook Web Access inbox by following easy steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to http://outlook-dc.choa.org/
  2. Enter your username and password and click on Logon.
  3. Verify your identity with Duo Mobile and your phone number.

Chao Login using VPN:

OWA users can access their Children’s resources outside the Choa network using the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

  1. Open AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
  2. Enter your username and password and click on Logon.
  3. Verify your identity with Duo Mobile and your phone number.

Remote children’s application users can access their Children’s resources from any device.

  1. Open your browser and go anywhere.choa.org.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click on Logon to go on two-factor authentication page.
  4. Now, Verify your identity with Duo Mobile and your phone number.

Chao webmail also provides an email service portal for Choa non-employees where anyone can create an account and access a children’s resources in limited mode.
