BNM Webmail Login Steps
Step 1. Open your web browser and go to https://www.bnm.gov.my/bnm-staff
Step 2. Type your BNM Online account username and password.
Step 3. After that, type the security code, then click the Login button
Note: Security code’s letters are case-sensitive.
Step 4. Once you have successfully logged in, click on the Mail button to access your Inbox.
How to Register BNM Webmail account?
Step 1. Open a web browser and go to https://www.bnm.gov.my/bnm-staff
Step 2. Enter all required details like your full name, email address, MyKad number and Citizenship, Category and Institution, etc.
Step 3. Type the mentioned Captcha and click on Submit button.
Step 4. After that, you will receive the confirmation email to your registered email address. Click on the link in the email to verify your information, and you are done!

To view your Inbox, click on the “Mail” button at the top right corner. To reply to a message from your Inbox, click on the sender’s email address and type your reply in the blank window that appears.
How to compose a new email in BNM Webmail Inbox?
To compose a new message, enter an email address in the “TO” or “CC” field, type your message in the blank space at the bottom of the page under “Message,” and click on the “Send” button. You can also edit any text by clicking on it to highlight it and use your keyboard’s backspace key if you make a mistake.
How to delete a message from BNM Webmail Inbox?
To delete a message from your Inbox, click on the checkbox next to the message you would like to delete. Clicking on a selected message displays a red “Delete” button at the top right of your screen. Click this button to delete the highlighted messages from your Inbox.
